Tip of an Iceberg

This work is part of a collective exhibition of Indonesian women's artist group, 'Tulang Rusuk',
which was held in Yogyakarta in 2018.

My installation entitled Tip of an Iceberg discusses the problems of Indonesian women in a patriarchal structure that is sometimes being concerned at the level of appearance only rather than what is hidden behind the surface itself.

What we see often is only a fractional part of what it really is.
